Description
Programming and interface design for creative musical applications. Includes computer generation of music data, advanced MIDI data processing, practical projects in musical composition and performance using a visual programming language (Max 7).
Qualifies for non-major graduate credit.

- selected DSP and MIDI plug-ins, OSC-enabled applications
Please note: Students must complete all assignments and make all presentations using these software, which are provided in the music computer lab. Students are not required to purchase software for the course.
