What are you working on right now?

I am currently stage-managing my first show! It is ISU Theatre’s first show of the 2018-19 season, This Is Not A Pipe Dream written by Barry Kornhauser, and is being directed by Amanda Petefish-Schrag.

What is your favorite thing about your experiences so far?

My favorite thing about my experiences so far is working with so many incredibly unique people. Everyone encourages each other to find their footing in the department so they can discover their passion and blossom with each production they work on.

Why did you choose the department of Music and Theatre at ISU?

I chose the department of Music and Theatre at Iowa State because they encourage student to express their art whether it be on stage or back stage. They also promote a diverse community and are building us up to be better citizen artists.

Advice for prospective students:

Audition, audition, audition and try everything! ISU Theatre gives you the opportunity to work on stage and back stage so why not do both.
