“Forget regret or life is yours to miss, No other road, no other way. No day but today.”

The story of a group of eight friends who are impoverished young artists and musicians, struggling to create and survive under the shadow of HIV/AIDS. The inspiration for the characters and the plot is taken directly from Puccini’s opera LaBoheme which used tuberculosis as its scourge. The musical first opened on Broadway in 1996, ran for twelve years, and won a Pulitzer Prize. Produced in conjunction with VEISHEA and the Department of Music. Warning: This production is intended for mature audiences.
