Iowa State University Bands
Concert Bands: Auditions will be held August 25-27, 2025 for students wishing to participate in Symphonic Band or Wind Ensemble. No auditions are required for the Concert Band. More information can be found here.
Jazz Ensembles: Auditions will be held August 23, 2025 for new students (in person) and August 24, 2025 for returning students (virtual). More information can be found here.
Marching Bands: Students interested in fall athletic bands should fill out the 2025 Future Member Application as soon as possible. More information about marching bands and link to application can be found here.
Iowa State University Choirs
Choirs: Auditions will be held August 21-24, 2025 for students wishing to participate in Lyrica, Cantamus, Statesmen, or Iowa State Singers. More information can be found here.

Orchestra: Auditions will be held Sunday, August 24 and Monday, August 25, 2025 for students wishing to participate in ISU Symphony Orchestra. More information can be found here.

Theatre: Auditions will be held in late August for students wishing to participate in the fall theatre productions Julius Caesar and Urinetown. More information can be found here.
