The Organ Historical Society (OHS) premiere of “Kaleidoscope of Colors, A Festival of Pipes” is a five Sunday program representing three centuries of organ building in America. Each Sunday in August a new virtual program premieres at 4pm CDT and features fifteen instruments across fourteen states in all.

On Sunday, August 8th at 4pm, Dr. Miriam Zach performs with the Iowa State University Brombaugh pipe organ, op.29 (1987). Her repertoire spans over six centuries of music, covering ten composers from seven countries. Dr. Zach will also take part in the “OHS Afterparty,” a question-and-answer session, via Zoom at 5:15pm CDT following the performance.

The “Kaleidoscope of Colors, A Festival of Pipes” program can be streamed during each Sunday’s performance through the OHS Website by clicking on the “Watch Kaleidoscope of Colors!” button. They can also be viewed on the OHS YouTube channel through Thanksgiving.

More details about the program, artists, and instruments can be found on the OHS website <https://organhistoricalsociety.org/>.
