2013 Summer Camps

We invite any interested drumline members to join us for any or all of the following dates. You'll have the chance to meet drumline members, play through the audition music, try out the instruments, and learn more about the Cyclone Marching Band drumline. All camps will be held at the Music Hall in room 102 on the Iowa State campus.

What to expect:

These camps are designed to allow for individuals to understand how the audition process works and practice with others and the section leader to help prepare for the audition. The section leader or a representative will attend all of the camps and lead the sectional clinics. There will also be an ensemble clinic in which all of the sections will practice material together. We will be going over the posted music as well as pregame and cadences. The first round of auditions will be based on the posted music.
