Anyone with an interest in percussion is welcome to become a member of GROOVE. Please contact a section leader with any questions about GROOVE membership or audition procedures.

Auditions are going to be held Tuesday January 15th, 2012 in room 102 of Music Hall at 7:00PM.

Battery

The battery is composed of snares, tenors, bass drums, and cymbals. An audition is required to be a member of the GROOVE drumline. Drumline rehearsals are every Thursday, 7-10 pm during the spring semester. In addition, every section has a 2 hour sectional once a week (to be determined by section members).

Front Ensemble

No audition is required to be a member of the GROOVE front ensemble (pit). Contact the front ensemble section leader for more information.
