Saturday, August 15th
1:00pm - Auditions in room 102
Returning members will check-out uniforms at the conclusion of auditions

 

Sunday, August 16th
8:00am - Residence halls open for move-in
1:00pm - Uniform check-out for new members
3:00pm - Registration in Music Hall lobby
5:45pm - Meeting in room 130 followed by rehearsal
9:30pm - Done for the evening

 

Monday, August 17th
9:00am - Rehearsal begins
12:15pm - Lunch
1:30pm - Resume rehearsal
5:00pm - Dinner
6:30pm - Resume rehearsal
9:30pm - Done for the evening

 

Tuesday, August 18th
9:00am - Leadership camp
5:30pm - Meeting for all new members in Recital Hall
6:00pm - Meeting for entire band
6:30pm - Rehearsal
8:00pm - Section Night

 

Wednesday, August 19th
TBD - Rehearsal all day

 

Thursday, August 20th
TBD - Rehearsal morning and afternoon
5:00pm - Done for the day
7:15 - Guide gig at Hilton Coliseum

 

Friday, August 21st
